Summer Rec Camp is for campers entering K to 4th grade. 

SUMMER CAMP OPTIONS:
Littles:  Kindergarten
Middles:  1st & 2nd Grade
Bigs:  Grades 3rd & 4th
TIME: 6:30 am - 6:00 pm
(daily camp activities scheduled 8:30 am-3:30 pm)

OPEN MON-FRI JUN 23 - AUG 15

Purchasing Options:
Summer Camp programming can be purchased weekly or daily
Weekly: $175 weekly/resident, $185 weekly/non-resident
Daily:  $45 daily/resident, $50 daily/non-resident

What your child needs each day:
Refillable water bottle
A ready-to-eat lunch and snacks
Sneakers or rubber soled, closed toed shoes
Sunblock - Please apply before drop off, we'll reapply throughout the day
Swimwear & towel required to participate in any water activities
An extra change of clothes in a ziplock bag - accidents happen no matter how old!

Cancellations, Refunds & Transfer Request Policy
  • If your child is registered but will not attend a full week, you must cancel at least one week prior to the start of the canceled week to avoid being charged the remaining balance. Cancellations must be submitted online through your www.hermonrec.com account or via email to the Summer Programmer. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  • A $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit/debit card for each canceled week. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued minus the $25 cancellation fee. If a cancellation request is received with less than one week’s notice, you will be responsible for the full payment of those weeks.
  • Refunds will only be granted to families who follow the cancellation policy and do not have any outstanding balances.
  • Transfers are allowed based on availability. Single-day transfers incur a $5 per day fee (e.g., switching from Monday to Wednesday). Requests must be made online at www.hermonrec.com or by emailing the Summer Programmer. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

JOIN THE WAITLIST!
Registration opened on March 15, and as expected, the program has filled up quickly. While most days are now full, we do still have a few openings in all three age groups! If you’re interested in securing one of these remaining spots, please give Lindsey a call at 848-8014 as soon as possible to complete the necessary steps. We’d love to welcome your child for some fun-filled days with us this summer! We’ve also started a waitlist for families interested in days that are currently full. Openings from the waitlist are typically last-minute, due to illness or cancellations, and we’ll reach out directly if a spot becomes available. We’re sorry we don’t have more availability at this time, but it’s important for us to maintain our safety standards and uphold appropriate staff-to-child ratios.
